Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)

Raphaëlle is currently the French Language Services Coordinator (Bilingual) for the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. She joined the Ontario Public Service over four years ago and cares deeply about serving Ontarians. In this role, Raphaëlle advises and supports her ministry in continually improving the offer of services in French, both in the development of programs and policies and in the delivery of front-line services. She enjoys collaborating across divisions and ministries, finding innovative solutions to arising issues and strives to make everyone feel valued and respected.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Political Theory from McGill University and completed an internship at the European Center for Minority Issues in Germany in 2015.
