Helga has enjoyed a 47 year career focused on Customers and Employees. As a Vice-President – Customer Care in the private sector and as an ADM of Customer Care within the public sector, her passion has always been to create an inclusive customer-focused organizational culture.  Her greatest joy comes from helping individuals and teams to recognize their potential, and then support them to fully realize that potential.
