Sira Kanoute is the Executive Assistant for the French-Language-Teaching, Learning and Achievement Division, where she provides executive support, analysis and advisory services to the ADM on Strategic planning, issues management, operational issues and policy development. She is passionate about her work.

Sira is a certified PMP Project Manager and Change Management Specialist. She has been working at the OPS for 10 years in different capacities; Employment & Training consultant, Program Advisor, Policy Analyst, Business Analyst and Project Manager.
