Michael Kehinde is currently the Special Advisor/EA to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Anti-Racism Directorate. He had been a Strategic  Advisor in the ADMO at Anti-Racism Directorate. Prior to this role, Michael was Training Lead at ODS where he also participated in the development of the Simpler, Faster, Better Services Act. He had earlier been Accessibility and Diversity Lead at MGCS where he led the development of strategic plans, mental health strategy, DMPP/DCCP and inclusion training – inclusion dialogues, train-the-trainers, etc.

 

Before joining the OPS, Michael was a postdoctoral fellow at Pennsylvania State University in the US. He has also taught Political Science at universities in Nigeria and England.
